Contact or appointment form
When you fill in a form on our site, we collect your surname, first name, e-mail address and telephone number. We use this information only to respond to your request or to organize your appointment. We never use it for commercial purposes. If you include health-related information in your message, this will be treated in the strictest confidence, in accordance with Belgian healthcare legislation.
Navigation data
Like most websites, ours automatically collects certain technical data during your visit: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and length of visit. This data is used solely to ensure the proper operation of the site and to analyze the audience anonymously.
3. Cookies
Our site uses technical cookies, which are essential for its operation. Audience analysis cookies may also be deposited, but only with your explicit consent. You can accept, refuse or delete cookies at any time via your browser settings. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not affect your browsing experience.
4. How long do we keep your data?

- Medical records: 30 years (Belgian legal obligation)
- Browsing data and statistics: 13 months maximum
5. Is your data shared?
No, we never sell your data. They may only be passed on to our technical service providers (host, messaging tool) in strict compliance with the RGPD. These service providers do not have the right to use your data for any other purpose.
6. Does your data leave the European Union?
Our data is hosted within the European Union. If a third-party tool involves a transfer outside the EU, we ensure that it offers a level of protection equivalent to European standards, via standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Your rights
In accordance with the RGPD, you have the following rights:

We implement the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access or loss. In the event of a data breach, we will notify the DPA as soon as possible. 72 hours, in accordance with the RGPD.

This policy is subject to change. The date at the top of the page indicates the current version. Any significant changes will be posted on the site.
