Implantology

Rediscover the comfort of fixed, natural teeth

Implantology is today’s most reliable and durable solution for replacing one or more missing teeth. Dental implants, made from biocompatible titanium, act like an artificial root onto which a crown or bridge can be fixed, ensuring stability and comfort.

At the Clinique, we use advanced technologies and a personalized approach to restore not only the aesthetics of your smile, but also your masticatory capacity and everyday comfort. This solution also preserves neighboring teeth and the overall balance of your mouth.

Implant and single crown

When only one tooth is missing, the single-tooth implant offers a solution that is both reliable and aesthetically pleasing. This technique allows the missing tooth to be replaced without damaging the adjacent teeth. Once the implant has been integrated into the bone, a custom-made crown is screwed or cemented into it, restoring the appearance, comfort and function of a natural tooth.

Implant-supported bridge

An implant-supported bridge is an effective solution for replacing several missing teeth without the need for a removable prosthesis or a bridge on natural teeth. Supported by two or more implants acting as anchor points, the bridge is securely fixed to restore lasting smile aesthetics, daily comfort and optimal masticatory function.

Implant-supported removable prosthesis

For patients with a removable prosthesis that lacks stability, anchoring it to implants offers a comfortable and secure solution. Using clip systems, the prosthesis attaches securely to the implants, eliminating the inconvenience of adhesives, irritation and awkward movements when speaking or eating.

3D scanner (CBCT)

Precise planning is the key to successful implant treatment. Thanks to our state-of-the-art 3D scanner, we can visualize bone volume, nerve and sinus positions with extreme precision. This technology is essential to prepare for implant placement under optimum safety conditions.

Guided surgery (Surgical guide)

To ensure maximum precision during surgery, we also use computer-designed surgical guides. Based on 3D digital planning, they enable each implant to be positioned with remarkable accuracy. This approach makes the procedure faster, more comfortable and less invasive, and promotes a lighter postoperative course.

Durability and maintenance

We support our patients with a rigorous follow-up protocol and specific hygiene advice. Regular maintenance is the key to avoiding peri-implant inflammation and ensuring the long-term success of your treatment.

Can anyone get dental implants?

Most healthy adults can receive implants. The essential conditions are healthy gums and sufficient bone volume to support the implant. During your initial assessment, we analyze your medical history and 3D scan to confirm the feasibility of treatment.

How long does a dental implant last?

With rigorous oral hygiene and regular check-ups, an implant can last several decades, or even a lifetime. The implant itself is made of titanium (a biocompatible material), while the prosthetic crown may need replacing after 10 or 15 years, depending on natural wear.

Is the procedure painful and how long does it take to heal?

Implant placement is performed under local anaesthetic and is totally painless. After the procedure, discomfort is minimal and is well managed by painkillers. A period of bone healing (osseointegration) of 3 to 6 months is then required before the final crown can be attached to the implant.
